Todd Back at Lakeland RevivalAfter a one night trip to Concord North Carolina Todd returned to the Lakeland Revival meetings for night #80 of this blessed outpouring.
Roy was back leading worship with his voice sounding rested. He asked the audience to pray for all those who are in leadership and to keep them lifted up in prayer. It may look like everyone is having a big party, but 80 straight nights of revival can be demanding on the body. As scripture says the Spirit is willing but the body is weak. Keep everyone associated with this outpouring lifted up in prayer.
Todd said the only thing he could say when he took the platform in Concord was 'Thank You LORD' over and over and over again! He commented on his desire to never let the LORD'S Presence become too familiar, taken for granted because He has been present for 80 nights now. He had those present take to their feet and offer up Thanks to the LORD for everything, in all circumstances and all situations, simply give Him Thanks for He is Worthy!
Todd reported the night in Concord exceeded anything they had anticipated with 8000 people filling the arena they had booked for the event, which turned out to be nowhere near enough as some 3000 cars had to be turned away. The hunger demonstrated by the thousands unable to get in manifest in a 6 mile long traffic jam which required an escort for Todd to get to the arena!
The event made front page news in the local newspaper and was marked with many salvations and the LORD confirming the Word with many notable miracles and healings. Todd vowed he would never under book a facility in the future, himself amazed at the turnout demonstrated in North Carolina.
There was an urgent prayer request for a Lakeland resident who was in a coma following a motorcycle accident.
For over an hour Todd delivered a message on the seven signs the Kingdom of God has come. This was followed with an altar call which saw hundreds come forward to receive the LORD as their Saviour.
Over 8000 prayers requests were anointed with oil and prayed over at the end of the televised portion of the meeting. Those in attendance were going to all be prayed for and anointed before the meeting would be over. This portion of course would be after the end of the four hour broadcast live on God TV.
